I have never dealt with service provider in UAE worst than Etisalat. They subject their clients to biased computerized system!! 15 years using Etisalat and never felt they do staff for everybody satisfaction!! Its just their compliance is the most critical. I have encountered a lot of very frustrating experience with Etisalat. Although Ive limited my subscriptions to certain quota, still am charged the double!! Absolutely without using it all. They cut u off. And dont answer calls, and if answered, the guys are not aware of whats happening!! Never revealed convincing answer from Etisalat. In General, Etisalat is a corporation with fragile system, chained with in consistent reliability and effectiveness.
